Patricia Z. Moreno, Founder
Founder’s Bio
Patricia is a transformational change consultant, strategist, creative problem solver, educator, sociolinguist, and a health equity specialist. As the result of a dynamic, decades long career in healthcare, higher education, and international business, she has carved a niche for blending strategic transformation with tangible, equitable outcomes.
Her creative and pragmatic approach to health equity significantly advanced the service quality at a global healthcare organization, where her leadership in project management shifted language access from a reactive, cumbersome service to a proactive brand integral to the patience experience, notably enhancing service delivery and efficiency. As an educator, Patricia has taught at The City College of New York, New York University, and The New School, covering subjects such as World Humanities, English Composition, Medical Interpreting, and Spanish. She has also designed and administered educational programs serving immigrant communities in New York City.
Patricia honed her skills in strategic planning, organizational development, and project management working in diverse business enterprises, domestically and internationally. From promoting foreign investments to developing brand strategies for expanding businesses, her early professional experiences laid a solid foundation for her current endeavors. At Maurinus, Patricia applies transformational change processes and innovative, client-centered engagement to advance equitable solutions for clients.
Patricia has a BA in Literary Studies from New York University, an MA in Language and Literacy from The City College of New York, and a Prosci certification in change management.
Patricia was born in Colombia and raised in the U.S. She is pround to be fully bilinugal and bicultural.
